apply.nax.com.my is the official job application website operated by NAX Malaysia (NAX by THEBRG), a brand of THEBRG Enterprise (SSM: 003120480-W). NAX Malaysia never charges any fee to apply, interview or receive a job offer. Please report any request for payment made in our name.
Your full name, email address, resume and any links you choose to share (such as a portfolio, blog or LinkedIn profile).
We also record basic technical data, such as a protected form of your connection address, solely to prevent spam and abuse.
Your information is used only to assess your suitability for current and future roles at NAX Malaysia and to contact you about your application.
All submitted data is stored for NAX Malaysia's internal recruitment use only. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Access is limited to authorised members of our HR and hiring teams.
We handle your personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Data is stored securely with encryption and restricted access.
Applications are kept for up to 12 months so we may consider you for future openings, after which they are securely deleted unless you join NAX Malaysia.
You may request to access, correct or withdraw your application and personal data at any time by contacting our HR team. Withdrawing will remove you from our recruitment process.
By submitting, you confirm that the information provided is true, complete and your own. False or misleading information may lead to disqualification or termination of any offer.
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our HR team.
NAX Malaysia may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
